Engr. Chanly Alburo is the CEO and founder of ULC Business Consultancy Services. As a licensed civil engineer with over a decade of experience, he is also a content creator and vlogger. Inspired to compose his own song, he balances his creative pursuits with his professional responsibilities.
Our Story
The business consulting services commenced operations on June 1, 2020, and achieved official registration on June 1, 2021.
This transition was marked by a warm reception from the public, who appreciated the efficient and effective solutions provided. Initially starting with three clients, the business has since expanded.
